Yoga twice a week, avoiding soda and minimal caffeine, and getting enough rest really helped my endo. I even conceived and gave birth to a healthy baby when I was told I would have NO chance without another surgery.
The Yoga classes at the Healing Circle in Central are quite good. I'm going several times a week and they've made a big difference in how I feel. I even had my period this month and didn't even know it was coming (that's NEVER happened!).
