I have been booked into deliver at Matilda and have consequently paid my $20000HKD deposit. Our circumstances have changed (job change/family illness) and need to go home to Australia- hence i will not be delivering in HK. Has anyone had any success with obtaining a refund when it is not technically for a medical reason, but is a reason beyond their control? It seems if they are able to fill the space from the waiting list, at least some of the deposit should be returned...
Any thoughts/experiences?
