Pubic Bone Pain - Ouch!

At 32 weeks, my pubic bone area started to feel painful whenever there is the slightest pressure - turning in bed, sitting down, standing up. Any way to ease the pain?

Pubis symphysis

No, not really. If it gets really bad, go to a physiotherapist. Otherwise, avoid straddling movements and standing on one feet. Instead, stand on both feet (this is contrary the advice on avoiding varicose veins...need to make a choice!). Try and keep your knees together, especially when turning in bed.
The condition is known as pubis symphysis - it's hormonal and there's not really much we can do about it. Exercises such as pelvic tilts and squeezing your knees together help. In really extreme conditions, one may actually need to use elbow crutches to aid walking. I have it really bad too, especially in the mornings - when the bones are stiff.
