Can anyone tell me where I can purchase Omega 3 oil (with DHA and EPA) suppliments for my 4 year old and my 8 month old baby. Many thanks

you can get some very good quality omega 3 oil at citysuper. the brand is barlean. they put it in a separate refrigerator. you can add it to your babies drinks or food (cereal, etc)

Kimmi,

We give D the orange flavored Scotts Emulsion. You get it everywhere and it costs around $45 bottle. We mix it in with his daily glass of fresh juice. I know its probably not the best quality, but I couldn't spend $400/bottle for the pure Cod Liver Oil at IMI.

Rani is right. the omega 3 at IMI is really expensive.I din know u cud get it otherwise.Thanx for teh info,Rani.
Kimmi, walnuts are an excellent source of Omega 3.
I have grinded it and add it in my sons soup as thats teh only way i can get it into him.
Salmon fish is also good.

I just bought one bottle from CitySuper yesterday the brand is "Spectrum". It is orange flavored, my LO who is ten months have no problem taking it. I tried myself, it definitely taste better than the Scott.
