FYI Bets & Salzi, the compliment was that I think that you all look so nice & beautiful. At the end of my first trimester I looked like shit (as I was soooo sick...), it amazes me to see you all so nice & trendy ;-)

Have nice holiday (I enjoyed my husband presence today and slept untill 11am as he took care of Sasha, so good !!!) & take care,

I hope that all of you had a relaxing long weekend. Getting excited for my 16 week Dr. visit this Wednesday. One month seems way too long to wait for a peek at the little one.

Matty, thank you for organizing another meeting but I'm afraid thursday lunch will be difficult for me for no-babysitter reason & also because I have some guests arriving late afternoon so have to check if my house's ok...

Hi guys,
I'm sorry I've been out of contact for a while. I had been very ill with fever and throat infection for days, had heaps of bed rest. Have also been away in Macau for the last few days.
I would love to make lunch tomorrow, but will not be able to as I've promised to babysit.
I would love to come to the luncheon / coffee if & when I'm not working. Have a wonderful time tomorrow.

hi, I have just found this site, I am due so far dates say 28th Sep, 1st october - different scans different due dates! I would love to chat more with you all, i am just over 16 weeks. I live in DB but am in central quite a lot for work. I work with teenagers.

Sorry, I am not able to post the 3D scan. I was so excited after seeing it that I forgot to ask for a printout or a file with a still photo. I only have it on the DVD that Dr. Dawkins gave me (I bring it to his office each visit and he records each ultrasound).

I did not request the 3D scan and it did not cost any more than a normal visit. It was only for a short while towards the end of the ultrasound. I think that he might have been playing with his equipment. This was my 16 week visit. Dr. mentioned that this scan is just a quick one and the 20 week will be much more in depth.

Jaime - Welcome... our due dates are very close. Oct 2 for me.

i will get on the forums to check out whats happening. I know some people who run a baby group on tuesday mornings in central, most of their kids between 4 mths and 10 mths, i was thinking of starting to go along from time to time to hear any advice or just to start hanging around mums and bubs. Let me know if anyone else is keen. They meet at a place called the vine centre, it has a big lounge area and cafe area, quite nice.
