Early 2007 mums-to-be!

Dear Sanny07, join the groups wtih us, they have one on thursday evenings at 6:30 or we are also organizing a day group. We met on Monday last week, not sure what day we will meet next week. Feel free to come ot both. You may discover more May moms later on.

I use Materna vitamins. What are the differences with the percentages? I hope this vitamin is okay. I don't want to be doing harm to the babe or myself.

Materna vitamins have everything in them a pregnant or breastfeeding woman needs. There's absolutely nothing wrong with them. I've used Elevit before and during my first pregnancy and doing the same now. Elevit has a higher dosage of important minerals such as calcium an magnesium. Especially the magnesium prevents me from having bad cramps in my feet/legs.
 
Thank for the explaniation, good to hear. I was told by the doctor that any vitamins our body does not need is expelled. I understand that the main vitamin we do not need excess of is Vitamin A during pregnancy. Thanks again! ~Ashlee

you don't have to switch to Elevit Vitamins. You could also increase your magnesium intake- which relaxes your muscles and therefor reduces the cramps.

i can't do next tuesday... there's someone coming from CLP... we had a monstrous bill last week that can't possibly be right, so they're coming to check and make sure the meter is working all right.
 
Sorry could'nt make yesterday in the end. Monday is ok with me.
