Hello everyone!

Sorry, I missed the last dinner. Was suddenly sent away for work. I was doing 16 hour days and am still recovering from it. We just saw the doctor today for a scan at 7.5 weeks. Strong heartbeat. Everything looks good! See you guys at the Friday coffee.

not too sure if it's the hk weather or the pregnancy, i keep falling asleep during office hour. gosh hopping this will go away very soon...
 
Hello mommies!:) just move in hk last year and got pregnant..7 weeks now. It's our first baby and its been quite hard for me since last week. So thankful for the thread coz i'm getting some info about getting preggy in Hk. Looking forward in joining some meets up!:)

completely understand! dragging myself into the office seems a monumental task most days. and my mind keeps wandering to food: do i want to eat a spicy chicken burrito or a california roll?
 
Hi everyone! I'm new to this site, just confirmed 5/6 weeks today with a due date late Nov / early Dec. We just moved to HK 3 weeks ago and this is my first pregnancy. Look forward to meeting up with you all :)

On the other hand, I wonder if anyone is in the same boat.... I was more or less fine aside from mild stomach & leg cramps until a few days ago, I started bloating like a helium balloon is inside my stomach, pressing against my lungs and I just loss all appetite for food and feel awful & nauseous (but not throwing up yet)... I normally LOVE eating but now have to force myself to eat...

Does anyone further along the way know when this kind of feeling will be gone... thx

I know exactly what you are going through ))))) I am 13.5 weeks now and have been bloating until week 11...at 7 weeks I looked like 5 months pregnant)))))) Its all gone now...still a bit nauseous but way better!!! Hang in there! I've heard that the "honeymoon" starts after week 14 :) Can't wait!!!

Such a pity I am missing this coffee meeting as I have my doc's appointment. I hope we can have another one soon! Would love to meet others in this group.
 
Sofi, it was a small group today.

Next one will be a dinner so everyone can make it. Will organize it sometime after Easter.
