My 16 month old is bascially on the same routine as Sage's little one except that:
- he doesn't have a morning snack,
- he has 200mls of milk when he wakes up on the morning and just before bed in the evenings.
For snacks he likes sultanas, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, grapes, strawberries, cheese and crackers (not too many crackers though!). For main meals, he was a great eater until about 3 weeks ago. He loved lasagne, fish pie, sausages, veggies etc. At present he just wants to eat congee, plain white bread or plain pasta. Hopefully this is just a phase and he will be back eating the full variety of foods soon...
If you are looking for ideas for meals and snacks for little ones I would recommend the Annabel Karmel range of books. They have easy recipes that the adults can eat too..
