Zinc & Castor Oil - nappy rash

Hi there
Friends in the UK use zinc & castor oil, available from Boots, as a preventative measure for nappy rash. Was wondering if anyone has seen this product here or if I should just buy from the UK?

yep, zinc oxide is great for nappy rashes. we've never used castor oil. i think B2B has it or a cream that has zinc in it and your pediatrician certainly will have it!

Mothercare in central has zinc and castor oil, and I am sure B2B will also have something similar.

I have used zinc cream before...it`s ok, but I find petroleum jelly works wonders. and it`s cheap too!
