YWCA - MacDonnell Road - Swimming Pool?

why would it be "sketchy"?

both of my kids use the public swimming pool in sai kung...never had a problem. if they detect a problem (kid pooping in the pool~ not mine!) they close the kiddie pool immediately. although we've been assured that the pools do not share a water system, we have sometimes decided to leave the pool anyway... sometimes we've stayed in a different pool.
 
We've done swimming classes at the Y, and the pool is tiny. Hotel guests and members can use the pool during classes and its absolute chaos.
