I'm a bit confused over the youghurt/cheese/ dairy in general topic as to when is it apporporiate to introduce.

The ones at the store say 6m+ and the book I am following also recommends this age for youghurt, and 1-yr for cow's milk....however...one pead told me not till baby is a year old even to start youghurt. so I;ve held off for now, my LO is 7-months...
I would love any kind of advice.

Thanks!

I introduced it at about 8 months but it was that baby stuff (which says on the pack OK from 6 months) by yoplait. 1 year for cows milk.

I have been giving my baby yogurt too and she is 8 months old and doesn't seem to have any reaction to it. I also have been giving the baby yogurt and on the packaging it says from 6 months on. I thought that it wasn't a good idea to replace formula/breast milk with cows milk until they are a year but it was ok to give milk products (but not as a replacement).
