Has anyone worn the wrap the PT gives you before you leave Matilda after baby? It seems really cumbersome and hard to sit down in, etc. Does it really do anything??
I'm delivering at Matilda in October and I'm curious to know what this wrap looks like? I bought a postpartum girdle from Mothercourt which is a Japanese brand and it feels ultra comfortable. Just wondering if I wasted my money if they already provide one for your at the hospital!
