Working Mothers Playgroups

Does anyone know of playgroups (for babies - less than 1 year old) for working mothers? Everything seems to be catered around at home moms!
 
Rani, thanks. I am actually looking for 2 types of playgroups - one that my helper can bring my son to (thanks for the HKPPA reference - I am also looking into Hilltots which is in Tai Hang area, which is a facet of HKPPA, FYI) but also looking for something that I can take him to. Its hard finding playgroups on the Saturdays........since I work all week.
 
We signed up for Gymboree (Gymbabies) on Mondays bc there wasnt a baby class on the weekend. So once again, either my husband or helper gets to go! I looked into baby massage classes but I need 2-3 more ppl that are interested in a Sat class so that Annerly Midwives can hold it.......know of anyone that might be interested?

There are two sessions of Gymbaree on Saturday afternoons at 2:30 and 3:30 for babies 6-12 months. My husband and I are bringing our little one.

Gymbaroo at the Universal Trade Centre offers a similar class in the morning.
 
Hi Jenny,

I have signed up my 11 months old with Kindermusic and Gymbaroo. They both have Saturday classes - in the morning.
The summer class already started from last week.
They are both in central. Hope this helps.
 
Little Dynamites in Causeway Bay offers Playgroup for Baby Dynamites on Saturdays and Sundays, starting August I think. I remember calling them up a while ago and was told that there will be 2 sessions on Sundays, and a morning session on Saturday. They also offer Kindermusik.
 
Thanks very much everyone. I think the Kindermusik ones sounds great. There are Sat 2:15 classes for babies under 18 months. Perfect!
 
Playgroup in Kowloon side

Most of the playgroups & kindergardens are located in HongKong side and we are looking specially near Mei Foo or Lai Chi Kok.

Christian Action has a centre in Tsuen Wan that offers Kindermusik on Saturday and Sundays. In fact they are doing some trial classes this coming Sunday between 2 and 4pm. Cannot say that the location is super convenient, but there that building has parking spaces available. The place is quite decent and well equipped with changing table and diapers ready for babies.

Am a working mom too. Am interested in a Saturday playgroup myself. Let me know if you are interested and we could arrange to meet next week.
 
we had a working moms group a while ago, met up for a few times on Sat/Sun and then kind of stopped with the larger group. i still meet up with one of the moms once in a while. i have a 1y.o. girl. we're in Sai Kung but can meet anywhere. last time we did it, we just went to a Starbucks in Central and it works quite well... let me know if you're interested :)

Would next Sunday be suitable for you? Which Starbucks in Central? Is it okay to breastfeed there? Bcz the only problem I seem to have in going out with the baby is that there are such few places that actually encourage breastfeeding.
 
we used to meet at Starbucks Alexandra Hse. but could change that depending on where people live.

sometimes i forget to come back here to check messages in time. but i'm on email basically all day.
 
I'm a working mother. I work in Admiraty and live in Ma On Shan. interested in meeting babies on weekends and Moms at lunch.
