Winter Cream for toddler

HK Mothercare & elsewhere do not offer the one we got from back home

20 mo's skin is dry & german brand Bubchen's Soft Cream so far seems to work well but not sure if it can sustain thru winter, any feedback?Or other recommendatons for winter gd for toddler? Thanks!
 
just regular, cheap aqueous cream from watson's or mannings. i have eczema and it REALLY works well....it's also only about $35 for a huge tub!
 
We use Physiogel twice a day since my toddler was 6 months old. She has dry skin and prone to eczema flare-ups on certain areas of her body. Physiogel (the regular one) has no medication and our paed told us that it can be use as often as necessary.
