Which baby formula to use? How do you find a Pedeatrician?

My baby has been on nestle Nan2. We are moving now to HK and wanted to know which formula is closest to Nan that we could use?

Also, we will live in Tin Hau, can anyone recommend a good Pedeatrician or how do we go about finding ourselves one?
