Where to live in Shatin?

We are planning to re-locate to Shatin this coming summer due to my daughter's schooling and husband's work place (we are moving from HK island).

Can anyone please recommend apartment buildings/ housing developments in the Shatin area that:
- are kid-friendly? (main priority)
- are near to a supermarket?
- are accessible by public transportation?

We are an expat family so would also prefer to live in a community where there is a good mix of locals and other expats. Budget-wise, we are looking at no more than $40k rent per month. 'Old' developments are fine with us as long as they can meet the above criteria.

Btw, I have 2 young children (5 y.o. and 1 y.o.) - not sure this is important info but thought I'd put in in anyway.

Worldwide Gardens is a nice complex in Shatin. It's a bit older and the flats are spacious.

We are also an expat family and we shifted to Royal ascot in Fotan. We have a two year old daughter . The houses are spacious, the garden is very big and she enjoys playing on the swings. the best part is that the lift lobby is very big, so when the weather is not fine to play outside, the children can play in the lift lobby. There are a few other expat families as well. The estate is arnd 10mins walk from fotan station, but there is a shuttle bus to shatin station every 6-8 minutes. Reg the supermarket, there is a small market within the estate, with a very nice ParknShop International. Also good schools in the viciniy.
