Where to hire a princess and clown for kids birthday party

May be a lot cheaper buying them - check Toys'r'us and Pottinger Street.
You could get a cheap bridesmaid dress in Stanley or Li Yuen St for the Princess outfit + accessories if you couldn't actually find a costume.

I only have great things to say about Arabella's. I went to several parties organized by them and my DD had a lot of fun. I also hired them for my DD's party and our theme was Dora and she came dressed as Dora and the Dora CDs etc. Very professional and the kids enjoyed the entertainment tremendously.
 
Second the Arabella's recommendation! We were hugely impressed by the 'Thomas the Tank Engine' that they sent for my son's party.
