Where to have a dress made?

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get a dress made for my 3 year old? I am looking to possibly have a halloween costume made if it is not too expensive. Thanks so much!
 
U have something special in mind? Normally u can buy different outfits in central lanes , b2b etc
 
i was thinking something from mary poppins. i have not seen any costumes even close. i have not been down to central lanes, i will take a trip there and see what i find, thanks!
 
Shenzhen? Definitely the cheapest option but you would have to go up there of course which is more of a hassle than finding something in HK.
