Where to go with baby?

We live in the Happy Valley area and are looking for somewhere to take our baby in the stroller for a walk. Most places have many steps. Any suggestions please? It has become quite depressing not being able to find anywhere. My wife is from Singapore and we are used to many open spaces to take the baby.

take heart, while it's not as easy as Singapore, there are certainly places to walk the baby. Do you drive? It is a little easier if you drive but you can easily cab to these places :

1. Happy Valley race course - inside on the running tracks (opened to the public all week long), just on the outskirts of the football field - the only slight problem is getting into the inside race course from Wong Nai Chung Road, there are steps down and up so hopefully your stroller isn't too heavy.

2. Bowen Road - depending on which part of HV you live in, you can walk up there OR take a cab OR drive and park at the little carpark accessed by Kennedy road.

3. esplanade connecting Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay : a particular nice walk, if you drive, you park at South Bay car park.

4. the Peak : take a cab up OR park at Peak Galleria, a nice brisk 40-45 min walk.
