Where to get my new born circumcised

Hi.
We're wanting to get our little guy circumcised (poor guy!!!) as soon as possible. He's three weeks old, and this isn't for religious purposes.

I delivered public, and need to know of a private doctor who will do the procedure, and how I can get a hold of the doctor.
