Where to get Malaria shots for travel to Malaysia

Hello,
Can anybody please let me know where I could get Malaria shots for the whole family for our trip to Malaysia (it was recommended to us by the airline).
Do I just ask our pediatrician?

You need to get malaria shots to go Malaysia? I thought only to countries like Mozambique or Zembabwe....

To confirm but I think you can't have malaria shot, you need to take medicines (nivaquine and something else) a few days before, during and after the trip.
