Where to get kids haircut?

I have a 2 year old that is scared to death to get his hair cut. It is always a big embarrassment with lots of screaming and crying. We just moved here and I don't know of a good place to take him to get a haircut that is VERY kid friendly. We live in Tsim Sha Tsui, so I was looking for a place in this area. Any ideas?

Not in TST, but try A Solon on Seymour between Robinson and Castle. Costs $75. They have a fish tank to look at and the guy is very fast.
