Where to get baby haircut?

Has anyone taken their baby for a haircut? Evan is now almost 10 months old, never been shaved or had a haircut, and his hair is getting out of control. Needs a cut badly. But the thought of holding him still for that seems almost impossible. Does anyone know where we can go for baby haircuts?

BQ Salon has gone out of business.

We shaved D's head at 15 months. I took him to my hairstylist and he sat on my lap and didn't fidget at all.

We went for a trim a few months ago. This time we tried the salon right at the bottom of Belcher's - near the entrance to the Victoria Kindergarten. D wasn't very cooperative and I had to carry him. The stylist was very patient with us. And best of all it was only $60.
