Where to get a safe step stool for my toddler?

can anyone tell me where I can get a two-step step stool for my boy to stand on to wash his hands in the sink?

i don't think there is such a thing as a "safe" step stool. Like geomum, we got ours at Ikea for our then 22 month year old.
