Hello,
I was wondering if anybody would know where to find a reasonably priced rocking chair/glider? The only glider I found was a bit pricey $5600 and Ikea doesn't have much of a selection. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
bumps to babes sells dutalier (pricey but good) eugene sells a cheaper one, but the arms aren't padded if that matters to you, and several people suggest buying a rocking chair in Macau, I'm sure those details will follow; also check the classifieds here and asiaexpat
We were just in Macau. If you walk down from Ruinas de Sao Paulo, there a furniture shop just on the left side that sells all sorts of things. They had a nice wooden rocking chair, which I think was around $2,000. The sales assistant said they don't charge for delivery to HK.
Thanks for all the advice. One more question. When I ask them about rocking chairs at Eugene Club, they don't seem to know what I am talking about. I also looked there and didn't see them (Central location). Is there a specific store branch that carries them or was I not looking in the right spot? Thanks again
We bought ours this time last year. They had one display model in the shop but it was damaged so we asked for a new one - it was shipped in from Europe. I have never seen them again in any of the stores.
We asked earlier this year if they still stocked them (we were looking for someone else) and were told they don't have them.
I saw ONE in Eugene just a couple of months ago. It was at the back near the high chairs and everything, RIGHT in the far right corner of the store. They only had one model. I don't know the price or anything like that...
