Where to find raincoat/rainboots and toddler clothes?

I'm new to HK. Where can I find clothes and raingear for my 16 month old toddler? Anyone know if there's a department store in Central?

You can buy a raincoat from the Lanes in Central. Li Yuen St East/West. They also have boots but not sure about the quality.
 
Update on raincoats - Mothercare has none, but does have some good quality rainboots on sale. Bumps to Babes has only one sort which (in my humble opinion) are rather overpriced at 355 HKD per raincoat - gorgeous - but really a bit much I thought :haha:

The lanes have some which are a bit large - better for a 4 year old, really cute ladybugs and bumblebee sort of things for about $80, and then some rather flimsy Thomas/Princess ones for younger kids which are around $70. Maybe they've sold out.

H&M and Marks and Spencer have nothing.

Going to try Stanley market - has anyone found anything good there? And of course must check Wing On and Sincere! Have just started my maternity leave so clearly have a bit more time at the moment - grateful for any updates on where to find good raingear for a smallish 2.5 year old - as really want to be prepared for the next storms! Thanks!
 
I've also seen some nice ones in City Super for kids between $100 & $150

In a small shop behind Bowring street market they sell them for only 50 dollar. In the market they sell raincoats.
 
Just got a raincoat and boots for my 2.5 yr old at Wing On in Sheung Wan yesterday. they're on sale now (20% off), got the two things for about $150.
 
Toys club is at Horizon Plaza in Ap Lei Chau and in Central. Above the Hugo Boss Shop on 15th Floor. I think it is 8 Queens Road Central
 
Any place sell smaller sizes? I called Mothercare, but their boots start at UK Size 6, and we need a UK Size 4.

Went to Wing On today and they have a great selection and good quality - Thank you Kellyst! As you say the whole thing costs around $150 which is totally reasonable - better quality and cheaper than the lanes - my little guy loves his Mickey Mouse raincoat and the yellow bumblebee boots (they did have smaller sizes as well by the way) and jumped into the puddles all the way home!
