Where to fill helium balloons?

We're planning a Chuggington-themed birthday party for my son (turning 4) and as I've had no luck finding any Chuggington party supplies in Hong Kong, I ordered online from the UK including some Chuggington balloons.

Just wondering if anyone might be able to suggest a good (read, cheap) place to get the balloons filled with helium.

Last year we ordered thomas balloons with helium from Toys Club but they were quite pricey.

Thanks!

Thanks Miran. I was thinking of them as a backup in case there are no other places. (In Canada you can just get a helium canister and do it yourself really cheaply.)

How about ToysRUs? I know their helium balloons are cheaper, just wondering if they offer just helium services?

I know Mateo Party in causeway bay sell helium balloons but don't know they they do helium fill only. Can call & ask.

Thanks for the suggestions! I did call Complete Deelite and they quoted $12 per balloon (just filling). But it turns out the balloons I bought are just regular latex ones (air fill only) and not meant for helium. :-(

Hi I would recommend http://www.balloonart.com.hk/eng/product.php if you have the balloons already you can actually rent a helium party size canister. Go to the above link and select "gas" and you will see a party perfect pack. You need to pay a deposit of HK$1500 and the actual rental cost is HK$450. You can keep the canister for a week. They also have a selection of balloons. The part pack also come with some latex balloons.

By the way they will teach you how to fill up the balloons with helium , since the balloons only last a few days and you get to keep the cannister for a week you can refill it with a special nozzle for the foil helium balloons.

Thanks cxflygirl! Actually my problem is the balloons I ordered are for air-fill only. They are "Chuggington-logo" balloons I ordered from the UK - made from natural latex -which I think means that it's not suited for helium fill. (ie will deflate quickly as helium latex balloons are supposedly coated to keep in the helium.)

Good to know you can rent helium canisters though! Although it looks like you have to have at least 40 or so balloons to make it worthwhile since the going rate appears to be around $10 per balloon fill.
