Where to Buy Travel Cot

I'm looking to buy a travel cot...but not the traditional ones that look like a cot. (Does that make sense? hahah) They are sort of a foldable tent that is also UV protected. You can take it out to the beach, camping, or just a friend's house as a travel bed/cot. The matress can either be a mattress pad or a inflatable one. Here are some examples:

Does anyone have any experiences with these types of travel cots? Love to hear any other ideas as well.

Thanks in advanced!

Phil and Teds portacot

I have the Phil & Teds portacot. It is a bit fiddly to put up but is great once up! It is very secure - no chance of it collapsing or rolling over. It is also longer than a standard portacot so that you can use it for older kids. It folds up (with a bit of effort) into a small bag that easily fits in carry-on luggage on an plane and it only weighs around 2.5kg. A great cot with the only real downside being the extra time to put up (it takes about 5 minutes once you have done it a few times) Hope this helps...

Hello Fee,

I've read lots of reviews on the Phil & Ted cot...and I think most of them had the same complaint about putting it up and taking it down. Unfortunately, I am extremely useless when it comes to putting things like that together. so I decided to go with the Peapod. It seems big enough...has anyone purchased this before?
