Where to buy School Debenture?

Where does one look to find debentures for some of the Chinese speaking schools? CIS evidently isn't selling them at the moment I was told?

We really like ISF Academy for our son, but haven't had any luck in finding where to buy debentures. My impression is they definitely help in a very competitive application process? Our son speaks Chinese already from a home environment so we want him to continue.

Anyone know where to find a debenture for ISF or CIS? The brokers seem like a waste of time.
 
Hi Susan,
I have and ISF capital note for sale. It has no restrictions for year of entry(i.e., foundation) so could be used this year if that's when you want it for. I am not a agent, but a mom who loves ISF but it's just not the right school for our son.
