Where to buy dried lavender

Hi, does anyone know where I could buy dried lavender?
I would like to make a lavender bag.

You can buy them for around $40 (big pack) in a shop next to 33 Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

The pack is around 30 cm x 15 cm. Forgot the name of the store but it's easy to find. They lay out their products in carton boxes in the street next to the address provided.
