Where to Buy Doman's Flash Cards?

can someone tell me where to buy Doman's Flash Cards? Does it have the full selection?

last year when I bought them at kinderu they were about 2300hk. Consist of 2 boxes of flash cards. The box said there is books included in the boxes etc but only flashcard contained inside.

I have noticed my son prefers the smaller flashcards than the huge ones of Glenn Doman. So we do both. The smaller ones I bought in a chinese bookstore and the flashcards were only 40hk a small box and it has english and chinese. There are other chinese flashcards we bought too and all under 150.

which chinese bookstore have them. i am interested in getting both english and chinese flash cards. honestly $2300 is ridiculously expensive. btw, i am in kennedy town too!

the one in central in the basement...opposite to delifrance and the pageone that closed down. There is a sport store next to it. Sorry I really never paid attention to the name of the book store.

the expensive doman flashcards are really huge and you get thousands of words. This was great when using with very young children. The size of the cards is really important for the younger ones. But now my son is nearly 5 we prefer to use the small ones. But I alternate all the time to keep the visual stimulation and to keep my son interested.

thanks for the info. does the kinderu doman card sets only consist of the large flash cards or are both large and small ones included in there?

for a 5 month old baby the big flash card more effective. you can sit 1m away and they still look huge.

the kinderu are the big ones. They are just the right thickness and weight to do super fast flashes. An investment. Did not see results until recently. Did vegetables 1/2 year ago and just started doing them again and my son recognizes them.

do them with a smile on your face and never test your child...but I couldn't resist. Worth the investment of 2300hk. But if you have the time you can just print them on A4 thick paper. just as effective. I also sometimes just type them out on the pc with my son. He enjoys that. many options if you don't want to spend the $ on doman.
 
KinderU no longer sells the Doman flash cards as they are selling their own version which is even more expensive than the Doman ones.

If you want the Doman ones, you might like to try the Baby Expo next week (8 Aug - 10 Aug) as the distributing company will be there and I am sure they will be offering discounts then.

For the size, 5 months old should definitely use large ones since their eyes are not yet mature enough to read small cards. Hope that helps
 
I have tried looking for A4 size thick paper but somehow cannot seem to find one that sells in bulk and in WHITE. Seen other colours (basically parchment paper). Anyone know where to get these A4 size thick paper. I have read here a few ppl mentioning them.

The expo is from 8-10 Aug and will be held at the Hong Kong Convention Centre in Wanchai.

For bulk paper, you can try the shop on Lyndhurst Terrace. It is a shop right in the middle of Lyndhurst (I think opposite Candle Company). It looks like an old stationary shop but you can ask them to tailor make paper.
 
hi, I got the name of the bookstore where you can buy the chinese flashcards, you can get them from joint publishing book store in central opposite delifrance and coach store.
5 or 10% with hsbc card.
 
I made my own math cards, buy white blank cards from Lynhurst street, infront of bus stop, made to order size, they cut it for you. Then buy black or red round stickers, you can make 1-50 as sample if your baby likes it.

For read kit, i got it from singapore for HK$500, exactly same as kinderU last time. Google glenn doman group in singapore and they send you emails if there are 2nd hands for sale, very cheap, got mine there. Problem is if you have somebody to get it from there.

thanks for the info. have tried googling glenn doman group in singapore but could not find the group. can u remember the name of the site or close to it.

i just got the math dot cards from 'littledynamites' at the baby expo yesterday...special at $138 usual is $488. They have other flash cards too but more 'encyclopedia type'...but no 'words' ones.
