Where to buy ballet dresses for little girls?

Does anyone know where to buy ballet dresses and shoes for a 3-4 year old girl? I can go to Shenzhen if necessary.

Saw some ballet outfits last time I was at H&M. You can also try this costume shop at 19/F Li Dong Bldg.., 9 Li Yuen St. East Central.

There is a stall at Stanley Market that has both dresses and shoes. Not sure of its name, but if you are heading away from Stanley plaza walking through the main part of the market, it is on the left hand side past the toy shop. It often has children's shoes hanging out the front and party dresses.
