Where can I get fenugreek tea / Mother's Milk tea in HK?

you can pick them up at bumps to babes.. also at most health shops.. fenugreek seed capsules help as well.

also i'v been drinking lots of fish and papaya soup!!

Fenugreek helps best in the first few weeks of the baby's life.

Remember! Herbal treatments are only part of the solution to ?not enough milk? (see protocol to increase breast milk intake by the baby, http://www.breastfeedingonline.com/notenough.html).

Other techniques like correcting the latch, breastfeeding more and breast compression are much more effective at increasing the amount of milk the baby gets. (http://www.breastfeedingonline.com/31.html and http://www.breastfeedingonline.com/15.html)

Best wishes,

Including a fair amt of garlic an dspinach in your diet have proved to increase the milk supply...Pls try it out

I got my Mother's Milk Tea bags from Wing On Dept Store and my Whole Fenugreek seeds from CitySuper for just $22. Much better value than the capsules.

buy japanese red bean from city super and pour red bean with lots of water and boil for 2 hours..and drink it..it will help.
remember that the most important thing isto pump your breast at least 15 mins (untill you feel your breast is emtied) every 3 hours or let the baby suck whenever she is hungry...
everyone said breastfeeding is the best thing for the mother and baby, but no one told me how hard it is...
good luck..
