Sounds like a yeast infection you may want to take her to a doctor just to be sure.

Yes sounds like it might be yeast. If it is mild then I find the anti fungal properties of coconut oil helps. Otherwise, for regular diaper rash, I use weleda's calendula diaper cream does the trick. You can order it from baby central.
