My baby's first birthday is coming up I was just wondering if any of you happen to know a shop or supplier dealing with party supplies in bulk - eg paper plates, cups , decorations , party favour bags.....etc.

If you're adventurous, Sham Sui Po market has loads of shops selling party supplies at very cheap price. Only been there once, but think bargaining is better if you speak canto or come with someone who does.
