When to file to immigration?

My helper will break the contract effective August 15th, (gave 1 month notice) would you know when should i submit the Notice of termination form to immigration? I will be away from the 2nd so i'd like to give it asap.

it says within 7 days of date of termination...i guess u could give it earlier too
