When is the first visit to pediatrician after leaving hospital?

Hello!

After you have given birth and then gone home, when are the scheduled visits for the babies?

Is it one week after leaving? OR 2 weeks? ??

we bought baby home and then checked him in to see nurses at day care centre on day 5 after birth, so pretty soon, which is reccommended by Queen Mary. Our baby has his body checked, weight, cord cleaned, reflexes and all sorts.

You should be given a booklet (or you can ask) of lists of vaccinations. Usually check-ups are done at the same time (together with the vaccination visits).

I copied this from my booklet:
10 days PKU test
2-4wks, 2 mths, 4 mths, 6 mths, 9 mths, 12 mths, 15 mths, 18 mths.
Then every years starting from 2 yo.
