When is ok for cows milk

My son only has his formula with his breakfeast now and not sure if we can switch now and use cows molk instead, he is 13 months now, any advice would be great

my son is now 16 months, we switched when he was 10 months. No problems, we use a long life milk....a brand called Pauls. We buy a load of it,so we never run out. You can buy at wellcome and park n shop.

I moved my son over to fresh cows milk on his first birthday - no problem at all.

My son is almost ten months and today had cows milk with his cereal for first time.

We also use cows milk in food we prepare for him, if the recipe calls for milk.

As a drink I think it's recommended to give cows milk from 12 mtnhs.
