My friend referred me to a helper who will be available on June 30. I interviewed her today and like her very much so I called her and told her I will hire her. She said she would like to work for me too. So does that mean we won't be able to start any paperwork until after June 30? (Her visa expires July 25)
Is there anyway to "secure" her so that I won't be told suddenly in July that she has found another job and I have to go through the whole process of interviewing maids all over again.
