So from what I read on here there is a big concern with swine flu In Hk to the point of closing schools, posts about avoiding crowded palces,etc. Where as in Cnada where we also have swine flu, you don't see these concerns. The only places making a big deal aobut it is in a few very isolated northern communities that are very poor, over crowded conditions, poor health and sanitation and they have much larger numbers of influenza than the general public, and more severe disease. So I am wondering is it really that bad in HK, with really high numbers and worse than normal cases, or is it an overreaction and it is the same as in the rest of the world, wondering as we are travelling there in about 4 weeks and want to know what I am getting myself into.
