which would you choose?
we're facing a move to a new flat. we have 2 choices:
1. Flat A is bigger than our current flat, better layout, almost as good location as current one and 10K less expensive. the biggest issue is that our current one's got good facilities for kids (pool, indoor play area, outdoor play area, etc), whereas the one we might take has only a very small little outdoor play area.
2. Flat B is same price as current flat, in same estate therefore same facilties, but is 20% smaller than what we've got now. and of course, we don't end up saving the 10K we would with Flat A.
having a tough time figuring out which is a better option, both have strong points. with 2 young kids, both space and facilties are nice to have--not to mention saving some $$!!! but you can't have it all. thoughts??
