What is the next step?

Hi,
Both me and my hubby are in our late thirties, have been TTC for almost 6 months, hubby went for semen analysis and results came back as low sperm count. We are kind of stuck as to what we should do next, as fertility treatments are not available in China for foreigners(we live in Shanghai).
I have made appointments to see fertility specialists in HK next week, and was wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me. Would you like to share your experience? Which doctor are you seeing, any advice from someone who's had IVF treatments in HK before?
Would really appreciate for your feedback!!

I take it that your husband has taken all the Doc's advise as to no smoking drinking etc?
I haven't had IVF, but my sister was trying for a year to get pregnant and she tried a Chinese Doc, she got pregnant after a few months. She also had problem in trying for her second child too and also went back to see the Chinese Doc and it worked for her.

Husband is a non-smoker, and literally cut down on all drinking (social weekend drinker anyway). But he does travel a lot due to his job, not sure if that would have any impact on his sperm count. Just got my AF again today....so i guess we really need to make up our mind, as I am not getting any younger!
