My daughter will be 12 months in two weeks. She is currently wearing a US size 4. Not sure if that is the same size as here, for I have not bought shoes here yet. Hope this helps.
age plus 5 to get UK SIZE, So 12 months will wear uk size 6 which is american 5-5/12 , But yet u need the child to try the shoe on whilst he or she is standing to get the right size
