I would like to know what is the place you and your kids had more fun in.
Was it the big fun park, the fishing village, the beach, the video games arcade, the temple with fish and turtles?
I am just curious? :)

any park with lotsa greens, space to run, squeal and hide, and slides and playground challenges to overcome; chasing after butterflies and birds, listening to weird bug noises in winter, which fortunately over here, we have aberdeen and ap lei chau park. there's also the aberdeen reservoir, we try to conquer when the season is cooler.

the beaches, for endless filling and dumping and digging of sand. fortunately, repulse bay, deepwater bay and stanley beach is just a 10min ride away from us.

my 2.5 year old doesnt fare very well in shopping malls. he is a more introverted person and crowds really intimidate him. he can be seen hanging onto me for life like a koala bear at the mall, or the total opposite - running away for his life. :(

my kids are open to anything and everything:
shopping centres
ocean park
disney
beach (especially the ones we need to take a small boat to get to in sai kung)
yum cha (their favourite is jumbo because of the boat ride)
playtown
libraries
neighbourhood playgrounds
public pools (especially the one in ma on shan... it's HUGE!)
taking public transport anywhere, especially the tram on hk island, double decker buses, or the mtr
taking the ferry to discovery bay to see their friends
movies
science museum
space museum & planetarium shows
bbq's
walking along the waterfront in sai kung on weekends when they can see the fishermen with all of their catch
taking our dogs for a walk with their daddy
....
