trendy, affordable maternity clothes--too expensive in hk
parenting books
stuff for my dog! hard to find attractive harnesses, etc for midsz/bigger breeds
DVD's of US shows
gifts. would be nice to find unique hk gifts to send to friends overseas--i'm on bedrest so this would be fantastic
hard to find products

Also agree about maternity clothes!
And books- it's not the price in HK I have a problem with, but the lack of choice/selection which is much better online!

i would like to be able to buy a stroller and baby carrier online from a HK company, provided it was cheaper than buying it from OS!

Also a well-edited collection of cute products we may not have seen (this sort of thing - http://www.hotslings.com/) would be appealing.

I buy my groceries online... not the fresh market as it's difficult to be sure of the freshness... but for things like water, diapers or so... it's perfect...

I'll also continue to buy some books, DVD, and CDs online ( I was already doing this in Switzerland)... as I'm french speaking as monthertongue.

Shopping books on line

Hi

Which website do you use for shopping books?
I use amazon.com(US) but the shipping cost is very expensive!(More than the price of the book)

Would you let me know the website you know?

>>Definately books....books in Hong Kong are very expensive, especially childrens books.

where do you shop for children books online ?
shipping cost for children books seems far more expensive because of the way they calculate the cost(fixed cost per book)

>> as I'm french speaking as monthertongue.

where to shop for some french audio dvds for children (for fun plus for laguage learning )

Thanks

there's this book store for kids called bookazen at lee gardens 2. they calculate the price printed on the book.

Bookazen is different than Bookazine. The latter is more of a chain store, but I think there is only one Bookazen and it's in Lee Gardens 2, on the floor where all the children's stuff are.

bookazen is different than bookazine. bookazine mark up their books quite a lot and sells different types of books, whereas bookazen only sells children, parenting & children cooking books. their fone no is not listed in the directory, so you have to pay it a visit.
