What do you get during prenatal visits?

Hi everyone, please tell me if I am overreacting! I went to see an ob when I found out I was 2wk pregnant and followed up with her at 7wk. Both time, the nurse didn't measure my blood pressure or starting to track down my weight. We only did the ultrasound and heard the heartbeat. Is this normal? I would assume it is standard practice to track down all these details. I don't know if it was forgotten or they simply don't do it at early stage. I will ask the ob next time but I wonder how other obs are handling it. If it is the first scenario, then I should change my ob. If second, I can relax! :-)

At my private doctor the nurse took my blood pressure and my weight and done the ultrasound.

If you're worry just write down a note of what your weight is each week ( i'm doing that on my phone just to keep track) because at the public hospital they just asked me if I knew what my weight was before I got pregnant.

When I saw a private doctor at a hospital they did the blood pressure and weight thing, but at clinics it varies. One took my weight, the other nothing
