wetsuit infant swim

wondering if anybody could tell me if wetsuit is necessary for my 10 months old
in an indoor pool? Also, for the Harry Wright infant class, which one has a better pool / facilities (Canadian Int., West Island or South Asia)?

my son has a Quicksilver wet suit, he was using it when he was 9mth old, i personally think its better to have it and they looks super cute in them!
