i would love to meet any one else in the same or similar situation.
i have seen a few around, so i know im not the only one!

i'm a 35 year old canadian, with a hong kong chinese husband (even educated here!) and we have a 3yr3m old boy and a 15 m old girl...

where do you live?

Hi there,
I'm 28, from England also with HK Chinese husband. We're expecting our first baby at the end of August. We live in Fairview Park, Yuen Long.
Would you like to meet up? Anywhere is good for me. I work Mon-Fri till 3.45

:O) Erica

i live in shau kei wan.
carang i remember you from when i first got pregnant! we started a baby group but you didnt join!
would love to meet up. i also work full time, but weekends and evenings are good.

with that pregnancy, i ended up in a wheelchair for 4 months out of the 8 months i was pregnant....didn't get to do very much at all!

i work full-time too....crazy hours...(including saturdays) summer will be slightly better for me, i hope!

when i think about it... there was a group that i met with once at the begining of pregnancy at IFC, then second week i showed up but no one else did.... then i ended up in the wheelchair and only went to central for dr appts.

where do you live?
i'm in sai kung country park now, but i work in tsing yi most of the time...

i'll have more free time next month! i'm stopping my private lessons and concentrating on my playgroup...sooooo looking forward to it!!!!!!!!!!!

Plans to meet up? There is another English gal married to a Chinese guy who lives in Yuen Long. She has a 7 year old. That makes an awesome foursome for now.

Anybody else out there??

Also I live in Yuen Long but I work in Kowloon. I'm pretty happy about meeting anywhere afterwork or on the weekends - even Sai Kung!

hi erica - thanks for the intro ;o) count me in too. i am in yuen long work in sheung shui and have a mixed 7 yr old. i am a brit, hubby is hk chinese ;o)

if you folks are willing to travel, we could meet for an hour or so at my playgroup centre in tsing yi? it's about 2 minute taxi ride from MTR...(of course no fees applicable! LOL, this is as much for mummies as it is for children...) also, depends on the day/time etc.

where is tsing yi? i would be happy to do that on a saturday with the bubs, but maybe just the mamas could get together for a drink or something first one evening?

tsing yi is one one end of TSING MA BRIDGE. There is an MTR station there on the way to the airport.

evenings would be ok, except that i work so late now as it is and it takes me over an hour to get home from central....

like i said, wouldn't be able to get together until sometime next month. right now it's CRAZY busy!
