I've heard good things about the playgroup at the USRC in Jordan.

Hi.. that's sound nice.. i live in NT too, maybe we can arrange something..i'm a new member here and i'm interested on it.. or maybe in other place that we can meet with another mommies also..

I'm happy to finally have received some replies.
Congrats RebeccaMB, won't be long now.
Where would you like to meet and what would you like to do? We could go for lunch or something and then later could take turns going to each others house if we all get along.
I think it will be nice for the mums to meet and chat and also for the children to make friends and interact.
Just let me know when and where.

i have 2 yrs old daughter & 11 months boy and i dont have a helper yet so.. i prefer we meet in a place close to mine.. so.. mea.. can u arrange something for us??

I was just wondering if you would travel to Shatin as there are more things for us to do over here and also because my little one is only 3mths? If not, then i think we could take turns at meeting in Tsuen Wan and Shatin or something, what do you think?
If you like we could meet in Tsuen Wan next week and go for lunch at Spaghetti house (one near MTR on Chung On road) as the lunches there are quite reasonable?
Let me know which day you would prefer and what time.
If anyone else wants to join us, let me know.

I'm interested to join the group meeting in Shatin! I just learned of your posting from the Geobaby newsletter or I'd have expressed interest much earlier.
I'm in Ma On Shan, but could easily come out to Shatin (I guess the meeting place would be somewhere in New Town Plaza or thereabouts?).
Delifrance is a possible place to meet, but if you live in Shatin maybe you can suggest alternatives, which might be less noisy. The good thing about Delifrance is its easy to find, and there's room for a toddler to move about a bit (I have a daughter who's now 22 mo. old). Also of course it's inexpensive and pressure-free to get a small order and just sit there, outside of lunchtime.
I am also due in early October, so hope you will set a time and date for meeting soon!

I'm new to this site so not quite sure how it all works. Anyhow I also live in Shatin (Tai Wai to be exact, close to Union Hospital). I have a 4 yr.old (off to kindy on Mon.) and a 20 month old. I would love to meet up. Are the gatherings including babies? Love to hear from any of you.
