Weekend hang out in HK?

I am wondering if there are any good hang out venues in HK where the family (with a baby) can simply drive, park, eat and hang out with out much noisy and crowd.

I found Tai Tam Country Park is a cool place, but for hot weather like these days, Tai Tam is not so appropriate.

Any ideas will definitely add more fun to our weekends. Thanks!
 
Teung Kwan o has a beautiful, HUGE park, with several different playground areas and a large grassed area (that you are actually allowed to sit on!!). An added bonus is that there are swimming pools (with water slides) right across the road too.
